A Pennsylvania film maker has recently sued the state after it had turned down his business name. The film marker tried to form a business under the name of , I Choose Hell Productions. The man says that the business name was rejected by the state because of a law that prohibits names that are considered blasphemous.
The man is claiming that his freedom was violated by the state when it did not accept the name. The man’s case is being made that the law violates the separation of church and state. This is because the law is based on a religious standard to decide if a name is blasphemous or not.
